Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the role is responsible for pricing and selling industrial products to customers in line with their requirements. Providing sales support, generating sales and processing sales documents.
Key responsibilities will include:
Ensure all internal and external enquiries, both verbal and written, are captured, recorded accurately and responded to within the agreed timeframe and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Promptly acknowledge purchase orders
Prioritise workload constantly due to fast pace of incoming enquiries, phone calls and emails
This is a process driven role and you will need to have the ability to learn systems quickly
Hours of work Monday to Friday on a 3 week rota, 40 per week
7 am – 4 pm, 8 am – 5 pm, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm.
There could be some flexibility with these shifts.
