Providing administrative support to Service Partners (SP) for spare parts and fabric repairs to largest customer Lidl. Also look after returning paperwork from Service Calls, PPM (pre planned maintenance) and any other extra to contract works.
The contract is ‘All Inclusive’ so capturing extra to contract works is a high priority. This also mean working with the two field supervisors informing them of possible works to capture more or to check have delivered a great service by the SP.
