Temporary Service Administrator

Location: Coventry
Salary: £23,000 - 25,000 per annum

Providing administrative support to Service Partners (SP) for spare parts and fabric repairs to largest customer Lidl. Also look after returning paperwork from Service Calls, PPM (pre planned maintenance) and any other extra to contract works. 

The contract is ‘All Inclusive’ so capturing extra to contract works is a high priority. This also mean working with the two field supervisors informing them of possible works to capture more or to check have delivered a great service by the SP. 

  • Able to write/compile emails at all levels - customer, SP and internal.
  • Experience with Microsoft 
  • SAP for information and processing which training will be provided
  • Start date, position immediately available to end of December 2022.
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 one hour for lunch.
  • Holidays are 25 days pro-rata + Bank Holidays.
